I enjoy helping people achieve their potential by asking the right questions and developing the right strategies to empowering them to make the choices and life changes they want to make. I find it very rewarding to watch people grow with my support. I am passionate about making a positive difference and supporting organisations and individuals to reach their potential.

Why Nexa?
Nexa is Latin, from the verb nexus, meaning to bind together and centre. The coaching process involves looking at what you want to achieve in your life and overcoming any barriers you experience. I believe this requires us to take a holistic approach to self-development, find more fulfilling solutions to our problems, and arm ourselves with the tools needed to navigate the world successfully. As a coach, I can help you or people in your organisation to develop their self-awareness, enhance their life and workplace skills and find meaningful solutions to problems.
